Job description

Vision and objectives
You ensure that our deployment projects run smoothly.
You work directly with our clients to deliver the agreed solution and go beyond their expectations.
You plan and manage project resources, provide expert advice relating to installations and installation partners, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

Responsabilities and Duties

  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Meet with clients to clarify the detailed requirements for each project
  • Put in place a project plan with project tracking to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
  • Put in place regular meetings to report and exchange on project planning and progress
  • Produce clear reporting on project status and escalate risks and issues to the client and internal management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain appropriate project documentation
  • Continue Professional Development - attend profensional conferences and undertake training as required to increase and maintain proficiency

Profile

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience with deploying client projects remotely and working with installation partners is a must have
  • Strong customer focus and world class fast implementation are essential
  • French & English fluent compulsory
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • A project management qualification is highly desirable
