Le poste

As a Product Owner, you global mission will be to:
Specify and manage high quality standard product evolutions based on business and users needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
Specify new features based on user inputs and data - 30%

  • Conduct surveys, interviews and analysis to collect users needs
  • Collect and analyse usage data of the product
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog
  • Write and specify user stories
  • Go and explain User Stories to the Engineering team, even if they don't ask.

Manage and track feature DEVELOPMENT progresses - 30%

  • Maintain an up-to-date development planning to provide visibility to stakeholders
  • Participate to the engineering team scrum ceremonies
  • Synchronize the different actors to make the feature delivered
  • Continuously track feature developments progress to remove delay risks
  • Define the acceptable quality level for every developments
  • Proceed to acceptance reviews and control the quality of features
  • Suggest development process improvements and support teams while changing

Communicate about the product - 30%

  • Provide marketing and sales teams with feature selling elements
  • Write product documentation for each features delivered
  • Train other teams to use the product the best way possible
  • Help building usage scenarios for the marketing team to better sell the product
  • Advice teams when custom projects are requested

Contribute to the product vision & evolution - 10%

  • Collect and analyse product improvements and bugs
  • Analyse and report competitors and market state
  • Suggest product directions and help positioning the product on the market

Profil recherché

Engineer is preferable
At least 3 years of experience in digital project management.
Agile methodology and UX design concepts knowledge are a strong advantage.

The Product Owner will operate in the Product Business Unit in collaboration with the Product Manager, interacting with all teams, and in particular the Engineering team in order to maximize the value brought to users and the Marketing team in order to make the communication about the product more impactful.
