Job description

Vision and objectives

The Business Development Representative is central to our growth and the first point of contact when engaging with our prospective customers. We are customer obsessed.

You are responsible for :

  • Outbound phoning and emailing to win New Business meetings
  • Qualifying and closing inbound leads coming from our marketing team

You work closely with the marketing and sales teams.

Responsabilities and Duties

  • Lead generation/outbound calling and inbound leads follow up, includes cold calling and account mapping
  • Master effective cold calling, email and social outreach to educate and challenge prospective customers on how our client's solutions can add value to their business
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to work them into a qualified meeting for the Sales Team.
  • Build trust and amazing relationships with our clients, adding qualified leads to their pipeline
  • Doing everything you can to provide our clients with the best results they've ever seen
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company's solution offerings
  • Track all your activities into our CRM


Abilities and competences

  • Fantastic client management and communication skills
  • Confidence to overcome objections and concert interest to qualified leads
  • Being able to summarize and share relevant informations
  • Great communicator and a team player as well as have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong desire to be successful and highly self-motivated
  • Positive, energetic and driven by achieving personal and company/team success
  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced, and collaborative team environment


  • Previous experience as an BDR/SDR within B2B technology sales with a proven track record of success in such a role
  • Experience with cold-calling and cold-emailing
  • Experience leveraging social media for prospect identification and development.
  • Inside Sales experience selling software or SaaS is a huge plus
  • English fluent compulsory
