Job description

Vision and objectives
As The “IT girl/guy“ of Cenareo, your mission number one will be to ensure every ”Cenarist“ has the best conditions to work providing the fitting equipement and tools, a qualitative and fast support service and running infrastructure to its optimum performance.
You will be responsible to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Objective (SLOs) are met on the main office site as well as any remote cenarists that you support

Responsabilities and Duties

  • Manage IT hardware and software :
  • Ensuring Installation, maintenance and support of IT equipment
  • Managing Asset and Inventory
  • Maximizing the availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure through continuous improvement and proactive, preventive maintenance
  • Providing technical support/input to site and team projects and initiatives
  • Conducting end user equipment trials and testing
  • Answer IT support requests
  • Train and maintain the level of knowledge on all our general software and applications (Slack, Quip, Google Workspace, 1password, Unifi Cloud Key, Spendesk, Adobe Première, Avidemux, Audacity...)
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Updating cenarists competencies regularly checking their level and improving their usage of tools
  • Maintaining and expanding the existing documentation on tools and services used by employees
  • Manage security issues (data accesses, device policy...), and secure offboardings
  • Support technically all events organisation
  • General support / Office management / Promote culture

Profile

Profil

  • A minimum of 5 years of technical (IT) experience
  • Desire to train others and be generous with time to pass on knowledge
  • Desire to improve existing processes and procedures coupled with the ability to deliver first class service
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced technology environment with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills
  • English fluent compulsory
