Job description

Vision and objectives
Working within the Marketing & communication BU, you are responsible for the coordination and completion of marketing projects and activities to achieve Cenareo’s business goal.
You are the main point of contact for the other teams (sales team in priority) and contribute to our communications assets.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collect all information and needs from other internal teams (HR, Product...)
  • Create & manage collaterals for sales support mainly: all sales deck, case studies, one pagers, infographics...
  • Publish & update content on our website, blog, Youtube channel
  • Manage external partners (agencies, graphic designers, freelances...)
  • Coordinate projects and planning and ensure they are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Produce & coordinate the social media content planning with the help of the graphic designer


  • Lead / support the organisation of the events: booking, booth creation, advertising (with the help of the marketing team if necessary)
  • Manage external partners and ensure everything is delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Organise the post-event communication and wrap-up


  • Consistently gather knowledge and define the industry best practices
  • Gather and introduce new and relevant tools and information on factors such as, documentation practices, scalability, KPI...
  • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices


Abilities and competences
Technical skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written french communications skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Master of Google Tools, Ms Office suite, Canva
  • Master of Hubspot is a plus
  • Master of Adobe suite is a plus

Soft skills

  • Capacity to influence and interact with varied profiles
  • Ability to handle several ongoing projects at the same time
  • Excellent organisation, time management and priority management
  • Adaptive and able to learn fast
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Being performance and results-oriented


  • Degree in Marketing, Management
  • Junior or Initial Marketing Experience to 2 years
  • Previous experience in operational Marketing
  • Fluent in French and Good level of English

The salary for this position is 27-30k€ depending on experience.
