Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts, manage communication strategies, and elevate our brand presence while fueling the leads funnel.

Your mission at Cenareo

  • Supervise SEO/SEA : Lead and supervise search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA) efforts to increase web traffic and conversions.

  • Manage the Website : Ensure the company website is regularly updated, optimized for performances, and aligned with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives.

  • Organization of events : Plan and manage both internal and external events, including product launches, trade shows, webinar etc ...

  • Tool Stack Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing tool stack, ensuring smooth operation of contacts management, marketing automation and communication.

  • Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with the product team to align marketing strategies with product goals, launches, and updates

  • Internal Communication: Contribute and execute internal communication plans with HR team to ensure cross-departmental alignment and promote company culture.

  • Sales Support : support and work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and needs for assets.

  • Be a driving force to contribute to brand awareness initiatives, performance culture and insight-searching for a greater growth.

Profile

Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in BtoB company

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong interest in technology and innovation; familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is essential. Be a master of Hubspot would definitively help.

  • SEO/SEA Expertise: Proven experience managing SEO/SEA campaigns and website content management. Speaking marketing automation, lead nurturing and analytics is a requirement.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while being autonomous and team spirit.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external stakeholder engagement. It includes the ability to share marketing culture through the company and proficient writing and editing skills.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (product, sales, HR etc.).

  • Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with industry trends and innovations.

  • Languages : You speak fluent French and your English level is at least C
