Vision & objectives
Within a 3 people team, you will replace a team member going on new adventures.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR department. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall employee experience.

Your missions

  • Onboarding

    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires with TAM, including paperwork, orientation, benefits enrollment

    • Ensure IT and office equipment distribution for the start date

  • Payroll and Benefits Administration with help of the manager

    • Process payroll variable data and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages. You don’t need to be an expert, but understand social law, and payroll concepts.

    • Manage employee benefits programs

    • Maintain employee records and update HR information systems.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Handle employee inquiries and address concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

    • Prepare and coordinate all meetings with union representatives.

  • Offboarding:

    • Improve and implement offboarding procedures and processes.

    • Coordinate the return of company property and equipment.

    • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employee termination.

    • Manage severance pay and benefits administration for departing employees.

  • HR Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date company’s IT assets

    • Prepare HR reports and analyses as needed.

    • Assist in the implementation of HR systems and processes.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal opportunity laws, data privacy laws (GDPR), health and safety standards.

    • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to social and legal responsibilities.

    • Maintain necessary documentation and records for audits and compliance purposes.

  • HR-related project management

    • Manage HR-related projects, such as implementing new HR systems, conducting employee surveys, redesigning HR processes, organising events...

Profile

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Social law or Business Administration

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role in a fast pace environment

  • Fluent english

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and understanding

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Positive mindset

  • Strong ethical judgment and integrity, with ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Good understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations.

  • Good Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to quickly become proficient with new tools
