You will join a 30 people team, all passionate about new technologies, film, video and billiards!

Job description

Vision & objectives

As a PMO, you drive the successful delivery of projects in providing support to our internal project managers.

You are responsible for the process, you coordinate and align all our tools ( Hubspot, Axonaut, monday, Power BI...).

You create, implemente and follow the action plan. You collect all information and come up with solutions.

You work closely with the project managers (delivery team), the TPO (engineering team), the Product Manager and the CTO.


Responsabilities and Duties

  • You ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • You check the process is running with the right tools and KPIs
  • You put in place a project plan with project tracking to monitor and track progress
  • You manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
  • You put in place regular meetings to report and exchange on project planning and progress
  • You produce clear reporting on project status and you escalate risks and issues
  • You create and maintain appropriate project documentation

Qualifications and technical skills

  • Previous experience in project management is mandatory
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS marketplace is a plus
  • English fluent compulsory
