Job description

Vision and objectives

As an integral part of the sales team, you work closely in conjunction with the engineering/product team and the operations team.

The pre-sales Solution Specialist is focus on technical aspects of the solution to clearly communicate and sell the value of Cenareo products and solutions.


Responsibilities

PreSales is committed to closing our largest Enterprise deals managing deal qualification and bid with sales team :

  • identifying leads : improve the qualification lead by creating and using “use cases” based on deep technical knowledge of our product and analyses of prospective markets
  • acting as a customer-centric problem solver :
  • whether we need to customize a demo for a potential buyer to demonstrate value,
  • or turn customer pains into actionable custom solutions
  • or assist the sales team in the response to RFXs
  • Closing deals : The presales invests the time to have a deep understanding of the client’s needs and then highlighting those elements of the solution that can address them
  • Renewing and upselling deals :
  • Ensures client satisfaction collaborating with the AE and the Operation team to help plan, scope, develop and deploy Cenareo solution
  • Accelerates sales pipeline velocity by anticipating what will trigger a renewal, standardizing tools to ensure best practices across the sales team, and automating processes to send alerts and recommendations in advance of a contract’s renewal date.
  • Gather, understand and provide customer feedback for the Engineering and product team for further analysis and decisions
  • Train the sales team on platform demos to ensure consistency at all times

Abilities and competences

  • You are equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, interacting with C-level executives or talking with strong technical audiences
  • You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, and are passionate about making clients successful.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex business needs into feasible, valuable solutions,
  • Desire to develop Presales and Sales knowledge
  • Good teaching and coaching skills
  • Strong customer facing and public presentation skills
  • Curious and intellectually agile,
  • ingenious in project management,
  • enjoying solving issues/A creative problem solver who can interpret complex problem statements, boil them down into compelling value-centric solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners,and our sales team to accelerate the buyers' journey

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's business degree with strong affinity for technical solutions or equivalent
  • 5 + years of sales, sales engineering, or customer facing experience in a SaaS company, BtoB large/strategic customer segment
  • A technical solution expertise in a comparable role
  • Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential
  • Fluency in English required, any other European language is a plus
