Job description

Vision & objectives
As a Product Manager, you take ownership of the development, delivery and success of our products.
You work in pairs with an other Product Manager and closely with our customers and our internal teams : Engineering, Project, Support and Sales to deliver the best possible software product for our customers.
We are customer obsessed.

Responsabilities and Duties
CONTRIBUTE TO DEVELOP AN AMBITIOUS AND CLEAR PRODUCT VISION - 60%

  • Intimately understand product vision and strategy and its articulation with the company objectives and strategy. Evangelize the vision by formalizing, sharing and promoting it to various kind of audience.
  • Lead the structuration of the product catalogue with CTO’s supervision. Including pricing model definition, packaging options, and go-to-market strategy with sales.
  • Define top level and business oriented product KPIs to track and improve
  • Collaborate with customer success team and pre-sales to gather customer feedbacks, pains and business strategy to feed the product roadmap.
  • Empower pre-sales and marketing teams by provding entreprise-grade sales materials, targeted for customer executives.


MONITOR THE MARKET - 30%

  • Monitor trends, emerging technologies and customers’ new challenges in marketing and communication (internal and external communication) in Cenareo targeted business verticals.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to understand competitors' offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Elaborate Cenareo competetive differentiators accordingly.


ENSURE, DEVELOP KNOWLEDGE AND LEARNING - 10%

  • Consistently gather knowledge and define the industry best practices
  • Gather and introduce new and relevant technologies and information on factors such as, documentation practices, scalability, testing techniques, and refactoring
  • Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members

Profile

Abilities and competences

  • Experience and fluency to navigate in customer environment, ideally in digital signage industry or a communication business
  • A great communicator. Ability to clearly articulate the problem/need and collect requirements. Both verbal and written.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams from tech, marketing and business.
  • Customer Focus. Strong customer empathy and seek feedback to continually refine and improve the product offering
  • Familiar with pricing models, managing revenue streams, ROI calculations, and market positioning


Experience and mindset

  • 5+ years of Product Management in a software-driven company
  • Experience with SaaS and B2B software products preferred, idealy for digital signage, communication business and/or retail businesses
  • Smart, creative, curious, and persistent
  • Adaptability and Learning Mindset
  • Appropriate self-confidence, you challenge peers and you are persuasive
  • French/English fluent compulsory
