Job description

Vision and objectives

The product marketing manager is responsible for making our product(s) shine. This role is the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launches.

Responsabilities and Duties

  • Define and coordinate the Go to Market strategy of new products as well as collaborate on developing product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market
  • Turn feature into creative concepts and use cases for customers, to translate technical details into benefits for the user
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments
  • Define value proposition and messaging for all our segments and targets in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ business pains.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Contribute to improve the visibility of our products on the market by providing acquisition content for the website, newsletters, ads as well as user content (help center, Customer Success managers)
  • Speak about products to both external and internal audiences
  • Understand the competitive landscape —be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.


  • You have 3 to 5 years Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in Enterprise Software Company or similar roles
  • Communication skills : The ability to speak and write english and french to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels.
  • Collaborative skills : As a product marketing manager, you will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business.
  • You have project management skills
  • You have an attention to detail skills and eye for quality
