Job description

Vision and Objectives:

The Junior Product Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the efforts to bring our products to market successfully. This role is focused on operational tasks related to product launches, ensuring features are well understood, and facilitating communication between different departments. The Junior Product Marketing Specialist make sure the product road map is visually clearly accessible.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Content Creation and Training Support - 40%:

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop knowledge for marketing collaterals

  • Assist in creating training/learning materials and presentations for internal teams and users to ensure a clear understanding of product features and benefits.

  • Support the organization of product training sessions and workshops for sales and customer support teams.

Product Launch Support - 30%:

  • Assist in the planning (backlog) and execution (roadmap) of product launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and documentation for product releases.

  • Support the creation and distribution of release notes and other communication materials to internal stakeholders.

Customer Engagement and Feedback - 10%:

  • Monitor customer feedback channels and assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback and product usage data.

  • Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns related to product features and functionality.

  • Assist in gathering testimonials and success stories from satisfied customers to be used in marketing materials.

Performance Tracking and Reporting - 10%:

  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, and market trends.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

Product Research and Analysis - 10%:

  • Conduct product research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • Analyze data and gather insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Assist in creating customer personas and segmentation based on research findings.

Profile

Competences:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Prior internship or work experience in marketing or related field is desirable.

  • Prior experience as a B2B sales engineer would be appreciated.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and methodologies.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
