About your role and your team
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of the product backlog.
You prioritize the backlog, ensure that it is aligned with the product vision.
You work with the development team, gather feedback from users and stakeholders and measure the success of the product.
Your mission at Cenareo
PRODUCT OWNERSHIP - 90%
Define the product roadmap : You understand the needs of the users, the market, and the business. You translate those needs into a product that will meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Manage the product backlog : You prioritize the backlog, and ensure that the backlog is aligned with the product vision. You work with the development team to ensure that the backlog is completed in a timely manner. You ensure that the development team understands the product vision, the product roadmap, and the priorities of the backlog.
Communicate with stakeholders : You communicate the product vision, the product roadmap, and the status of the product to stakeholders.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders : You gather feedback to improve the product and to ensure that the product is meeting the needs of users.
Measure success : You measure user satisfaction, market share, and the financial performance of the product.
CONTINUOUS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - 10%
You consistently gather knowledge and define the industry’s best practices.
You gather and introduce new and relevant tools and information on factors such as documentation practices, scalability, KPI...
You participate in continuing education and training to remain on top of the best practices
