About your role and your team
We are looking for a problem solver with the ambition to drive complex projects ranging from software to IoT solution.
You deploy them for our enterprise customers in an agile environment with the capacity to reach project goals with great autonomy and the support of the full Cenareo team.
Your mission at Cenareo
MANAGE PROJECTS - 90%
Define and manage the project : You understand the requirements, create a project charter, develop a project plan (identifying the project's scope, schedule, budget and resources), track progress, communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues.
Lead the team : You set expectations, provide guidance and motivate team members.
Communicate with stakeholders : You keep them informed of the project's progress and manage their expectations.
Deliver the project : You ensure that the project meets the requirements, is completed on time and within budget.
Manage risks : You identify potential risks, assess the likelihood and impact of each risk, and develop mitigation plans.
Closing the project : You document the project's lessons learned, archive project documents and communicate the project's completion to stakeholders.
CONTINUOUS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - 10%
Consistently gather knowledge and define the industry’s best practices
Gather and introduce new and relevant tools and information on factors such as documentation practices, scalability, KPI...
