You will join a 30 people team, all passionate about new technologies, film, video and billiards!

Job description

Vision and objectives
You are responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time within scope.
You work directly with our clients to deliver the agreed solution and go beyond their expectations.
You plan and manage project resources.
You coordinate with other internal departments to ensure that the projects run smoothly.

Responsabilities and Duties

  • You assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • You ensure the technical feasibility, you are able to create a technical installation plan
  • You ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
  • You manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • You meet with clients to clarify the detailed requirements for each project
  • You put in place a project plan with project tracking to monitor and track progress
  • You manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
  • You put in place regular meetings to report and exchange on project planning and progress
  • You produce clear reporting on project status and you escalate risks and issues to the client and internal management as needed
  • You create and maintain appropriate project documentation

Profile

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2/3 years of project management experience
  • Experience with deploying client projects remotely
  • Possesses great organisation skills, able to manage several projects in parallel is a must
  • Proven client engagement experience
  • Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

  • Objective-focused and able to work autonomously and under constraints
  • Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think out of the box
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
