Job description

Vision and Objectives
You are responsible for running the order and invoice processes with our clients and suppliers.

As a Sales Administrator, you help the company scale by ensuring the smooth sales process between Cenareo and our customers.

You work closely with the sales team, the operation team and the financial team.

Your Mission at Cenareo

  • You manage new orders. You collect settings, logistics and invoicing information. You keep the client up to date
  • You setup our players (new user’s account creation)
  • You manage supplier’s orders for the customers
  • You execute the orders and ship the products
  • You ensure that everything that needs to be billed is actually billed. You implement new billing methods if requested (licences dates harmonization...)
  • You handle licence renewal invoicings in accordance with the contracts
  • You work in tandem with the financial team for the invoice recovery. You make sure that the invoices are well received and processed. You record the payments
  • You monitor health metrics and provide reporting

Your Qualification

  • Proven work experience (5 years) as a sales suppport role in a fast paced environment in a SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business model
  • Good level of English necessary
