Job description

Vision & objectives
As a senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimising and implementing solutions increments within Cenareo product.
You will be working closely with our Engineering, Product and Delivery team to deliver the best possible software product for our customers.
We are customer obsessed.

Responsabilities and Duties

  • Understand architectural design and contribute to its evolution
  • Analyze the technical specifications of the system and its interfaces
  • Develop solution increments with various levels of guidance in time
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and expectations
  • Write tests and contribute to review efforts
  • Conduct development efforts from specifications to delivery to final users
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure feature adoption

Qualifications and technical skills

  • 5+ years of significant Embedded software development
  • Strong Linux/Yocto experience including knowledge of the Linux kernel
  • Mastery in the programming language : Python
  • Knowledge of multimedia technologies and frameworks, such as GStreamer
  • Knowledge and demonstrated usage of Linux OS (ideally debian/wayland) desirable
  • QA culture, knowledge on CI/CD process and test automation in a pipeline
  • French/English fluent compulsory
