Job description

About your role and your team

As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you own Cenareo’s infrastructure.

Your strong hands-on experience in system engineering and architecture allows you to drive Cenareo’s infrastructure as a product.

You work closely with the Cenareo Product team across both Digital Signage and Video Suite solutions running on AWS
and Azure Clouds.

Your mission at Cenareo

INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING - 70%

Design, build, and maintain the IT infrastructure

You design, build, and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports Cenareo's applications and systems, including servers, storage, networks, and security.

Ensure the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure

You ensure that the IT infrastructure is available and performs as expected., including monitoring the infrastructure, troubleshooting problems, and making changes to improve performance.

Adhere to security best practices

You adhere to security best practices to protect the organization's data and systems. You implement security controls, conduct security assessments, and respond to security incidents.

Stay up-to-date on new technologies

You stay up-to-date on new technologies to ensure that the organization's IT infrastructure is using the latest and most effective technologies.

INFRASTRUCTURE PRODUCT OWNER - 20%

Define the product roadmap

You understand the needs of the users, the market, and the business, and translate those needs into a product that will meet the needs of all stakeholders.

Manage the product backlog

You prioritize the backlog, ensure that the backlog is aligned with the product vision, and work with the development team to ensure that the backlog is completed in a timely manner.

Communicate with stakeholders

You communicate the product vision, the product roadmap, and the status of the product to stakeholders.

Work with the development team

You ensure that the development team understands the product vision, the product roadmap, and the priorities of the backlog.

Gather feedback from users and stakeholders

This feedback is used to improve the product and to ensure that the product is meeting the needs of users.

Measure success

You measure user satisfaction, market share, and the financial performance of the product.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - 10%

You consistently gather knowledge and define the industry’s best practices.
You gather and introduce new and relevant tools and information on factors such as documentation practices, scalability, KPI...
You participate in continuing education and training to remain on top of the best practices

Profile

Your skill set

You have hands-on experience in managing complex infrastructure.
You have proven problem-solving skills. You identify and resolve infrastructure problems. You think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
You communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including the product team, and the delivery team.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
You are a proactive team player, and you are happy working in a learning environment.
You are capable of leading and motivating all internal stakeholders.
