Job description

Vision and objectives
We are looking for a key player to lead our Marketing and Communication department.
The main role is to design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that support consistent business growth and enhance brand awareness for our company and products.

About the role and the team
You will lead our dream marketing team and manage 2 people, the Brand & Content manager and the Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for Helping the company scale by directing and overseeing the Marketing and Communication department.

Your mission at Cenareo
Define marketing and communication strategy and lead its execution across marketing and communication team:

  • Drive the implementation of acquisition marketing strategy and campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads to nourrish sales pipeline
  • Design, develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase sales and brand awareness (PR, events, partnership)
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels
  • Set, review and manage marketing goals and objectives and track KPIs on a regular basis
  • Be a spokesperson for the company with media
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking
  • Act as a resource for other departments by being the authority on market trends, product strengths/weaknesses, and competitive landscape


Manage team development and budget

  • Manage the global marketing budget and drive ongoing marketing investments to improve demand generation and maximise ROI
  • Reponsible of organizing the team, recruiting with the talent acquisition manager the right profil
  • Create, track and report on key metrics showing the success and ROI of marketing investments
  • Manage outside service providers (communication agency, freelances, PR…).and tools to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Mentor and develop team members using a supportive and collaborative approach
  • Establish priorities in project management and allocate the necessary ressources

Profile

Your abilities and competences

  • You have substantial experience in a senior management role
  • You have proven track record of success as a similar SaaS marketing leadership role ideally or in the B2B technology solutions market
  • Acquisition in BtoB doesn't have any secret any more
  • You know perfectly specific marketing tools such as CRM, automation tools
  • You are a leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • You have a data-driven approach to marketing and strong attention to detail
  • You have experience cultivating customer-obsessed and team-oriented sales culture
  • You have exceptional speaking and presentation skills - You’ll be a public figure of the company
  • You are innovative thinker, good problem solver, results oriented
  • You are able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs


Qualification

  • Proven work experience (3 to 5 years) as a Chief marketing officer or VP Marketing in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a SaaS company
  • English fluent compulsory
