Job description

We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who has a proven track record building, developing and managing high-performing enterprise teams to grow SaaS businesses from 1 to $20M+ ARR. As a VP of Sales you will have a broad impact on our growth, team and overall go-to-market strategy. As such, we’re seeking a leader who possesses qualities that align with and complement our corporate values: Seek for feedback, learn everyday, be ambitious.


As a VP of Sales you will lead and hire a team of Enterprise Account Executives, primarily focused on European Market (France being the #1). The ideal candidate will have deep experience selling SaaS solutions to SBF120 businesses — knowledge of communication solutions is a strong plus. In addition to a long and successful track record selling enterprise business applications, the ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong business acumen and an excellent ability to build executive-level relationships.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Entreprise SaaS closing role (direct sales)
  • 5+ years of experience in management roles
  • Experience in sales in U.S. product companies 
  • Demonstrated success as a front-line people manager and sales leader
  • Proven track record of building and leading teams that consistently hit sales targets
  • Fluency with modern sales tech stacks and tools (Hubspot, Salesnav & Cie)
  • Expert in forecast accuracy, highly metrics driven
  • Ability to recruit, train and develop high-performing individuals
  • Experience cultivating customer-obsessed and team-oriented sales culture
  • Proven ability to work proactively and effectively with Marketing, Customer Success as well as executive leadership
  • Strong sales foundations: Proven track record of closing 7 digits deals
  • MEDDIC lover and master (it is the methodology we follow internally to align the whole team (not only the salesteam))
  • Exceptional speaking and presentation skills - You’ll be a public figure of the company
